Professional Medical company in Canoga Park seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant/ customer service coordinator for a FT position.
MUST SPEAK SPANISH & ENGLISH FLUENTLY
Seeking someone who is PUNTCUAL, personable, a self starter, friendly, focused, detail oriented and a quick learner. We need someone who wants to work and has great attendance and punctuality.
Must be close to Canoga Park and be Bilingual in English/Spanish
Duties include:
● Data Entry – Invoices and Accounts Payable
● Accounts Receivables Statements
● Update Reports and Spreadsheets
● Clerical Tasks including filing, reports and administrative tasks as needed
● Answering phones in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
● Process incoming repair/product orders
● Process outgoing repair/product orders
● Create invoices and shipping
● Manage shipping pickups, deliveries and proof of deliveries
Required Experience:
College graduate preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
Ability to shift gears quickly without losing focus
Detailed oriented and organized – keen eye for details
Multi-tasker and quick learner.
Positive attitude and team player
Strong computer skills
QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel)
There is a 90 day probation period. Health benefits and Paid time off
Hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm.
