Position: Trainee Associate (AR) (Accounts Receivable Analysis &* Caller)*
Job Location: Bangalore
Job description:
- Reviews the work order.
- Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers for claim status.
- Follow up with US Healthcare insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Follow-up on payment information if the claims are processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
Job Specification:
- Effective communication in English. • Graduate with B.Com, BA, BBA
- Satisfactory working in US Shift night.
- Undergraduates with more than six months of BPO Experience would be considered.
