Our main markets are France, Italy, Greece, and Spain. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence and Naples in Italy; Athens in Greece; Hamburg in Germany and Asturias and Bilbao in Spain.
We are hiring a -(POSITION)- who is used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
Greet, receive, and register clients and visitors. Maintain and update visitor logs.- Ensure orderly condition of reception area.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail to internal departments
- National and International courier and mail service management and cost control
- Contact with Turism suppliers and travel management and coordination (flights, hotels, cars rental, etc.)
- Order office supplies, keep inventory of stock and log purchased items for internal control
- Handle requests for maintenance by reporting all problems to the Facilities/Office Services Manager or maintenance staff.
- Organize and arrange travel and accommodation for employees on business trips.
- Provide administrative support to Office Manager, keep information organized and accessible, and stay on top of agreed actions.
What you need:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Full-time position.
- Available for 6 months.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Must demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. French will be very valuable.
