Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain requirements and specifications and manage all communication with client and development team.
- Prepare and update project timeline.
- Host weekly update meeting with clients
- Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents
- Provide training for client on implementation and technical issues.
- Prepare user manuals
- Prepare and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Assist in troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA tester
- Preferably a QA tester that has project management skill or aspire to be Project Manager
- Familiarity in project management and QA methodology
- Work with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software and SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
