Job Title: Product Manager (PV Ez Rack)
Location: Hamburg or Home office based, Germany
General Description:
Take the leading technical support for Clenergy European markets operation (mainly Germany, Austria, UK, and France); responsible for promoting Clenergy PV-ezRACK products, solutions and services to European markets. Manage the products offered to the local market, assist the sales staff in acquiring new customers and manage the relationships and maintenance of Key clients in Europe. Responsible for the product life cycle management, sales support and operational support. Work with marketing, Finance, Technical and support staff to achieve the company targets.
General Description:
- Responsible for the definition of product requirements for new and further developments incl. documentation of the entire development process
- Responsible for preparing concepts for structural calculations for Clenergy PV-ezRACK products
- Manage the process for receiving Building Inspectorate Approval(abZ) for Clenergy PV-ezRACK products
- Control of processes for new product developments, including adherence to deadlines
- Supporting the sales organization during customer visits, training courses
- Responsible for deep understanding of customer requirements
· Work in the interface of marketing, engineering and sales departments
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering (Masters or Diplom in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Civil or similar)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, additionally an experience in PV Industry shall be favourable
- Knowledge across building materials and are confident in the application of current construction and design standards.
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to provide a professional presentation to consumers, distributors and service providers.
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers, internal and external.
- Comfortable in working in a multinational environment
- Willingness to travel(30%)
