- Produce retail regular and random reports to track sales & KPI performance.
- Provide feedback and analysis to retail operation on POS productivity per format with proposed action plans.
- Simple sales forecast by working with finance & regional managers.
- Working with finance team to track financial KPIs to get the biggest profit.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of retail database.
- Management of data or system vendor to have the full support and provide accurate & efficient reports.
- Propose process adjustments/improvements to improve data tracking.
- On-time collection of an effective reports and input.
- Accuracy of collected information, insightful retail information analysis.
- Well-founded POS productivity / efficiency improvement targets and solutions.
