PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Reporting & Planning
  • Produce retail regular and random reports to track sales & KPI performance.
  • Provide feedback and analysis to retail operation on POS productivity per format with proposed action plans.
  • Simple sales forecast by working with finance & regional managers.
  • Working with finance team to track financial KPIs to get the biggest profit.
Management
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of retail database.
  • Management of data or system vendor to have the full support and provide accurate & efficient reports.
  • Propose process adjustments/improvements to improve data tracking.
KPIs:
  • On-time collection of an effective reports and input.
  • Accuracy of collected information, insightful retail information analysis.
  • Well-founded POS productivity / efficiency improvement targets and solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in retail environment
  • University Degree or above
