Tasks
- Develop and grow the IT business through business development and client acquisition and account management
- Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
- Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
- Deliver a best-in-class service on the market
- Several years’ experience in IT/Technology recruitment within a recruitment agency ideally on the Swiss market
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
- An unrivalled passion for the industry
- English and German are both essential
