The Job
Handle guests' enquiries, reservations and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
Provide high quality services to the guests
We Want:
At least 1 year of working experience in F&B industry
Excellent problem solving skills along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
Positive, passionate, self-motivated, able to work independently
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
