We are now looking for a highly driven B2B sales professional to grow our business together with our partners. We value experience in opening doors and developing customer relationships, experience in identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals.

As Head of Channel Development, Distributors and Retail, you are driving the growth of one of our main channels; Distributors. You are working in close collaboration with our Sales directors, Retail Marketing, Offer Managers and International professional network. You are responsible for developing and executing customer-centric account plans with our Key-Partners and meeting our growth objectives. You excel at building strong customer relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction. You are also good in building relationships within our own organization, enabling successful co-operation between different teams. Together with marketing, eCom, and Offer managers you will innovate and plan campaigns and new offer launches.

Commercial experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in channel sales
  • Strong track record in developing and executing customer-centric account plans
  • Strategic & analytical approach to channel sales development
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex data and providing structured feedback
  • Experience in contract management & analysis
  • Strong ability to influence and elicit collaboration from internal & external partners
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization


Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent networking skills to establish customer intimacy with key decision makers
  • You are confident and dynamic team member with entrepreneurial approach to sales & marketing
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset

  • Fluency in English and Finnish
You have independent and flexible attitude towards your work and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. You manage your time effectively, as you will be spending majority of your time with customers whilst driving our strategic channel sales development plans. You are a true professional with the ability to complete challenging sales processes together with the Schneider Electric team. Channel Development Manager role will be based in our office in Espoo and requires readiness to travel in Finland.
