Digital Media Manager- Arabic speaker [Qatar]


 

Role Title & Location: Digital Manager, Qatar

This role will be reporting to: Digital Director

Job responsibilities:


  • Good understanding of digital advertising product and tools of key digital players (e.g. Google, Facebook, YouTube etc.)
  • Build a strong working relationship with internal teams as well as mentor and train them
  • Brainstorm with the team in order to create new innovative solutions and strategies
  • Utilize proprietary and 3rd party syndicated research resources for market insights
  • Handle all day-to-day planning/client service activities with the team
  • Construct and present digital tactical plans to clients
  • Deliver recommendations that align with the strategies
  • Work on the digital plan development, recommendation, rationale and oversee the execution of digital campaigns
  • Track clients’ activities and budget breakdown
  • Track all online activities and report on digital activity to make sure that the campaign are on track and reach set KPIs while working with internal teams to prepare insights
  • Apply analytics and insights to the digital data to improve performance
  • Share digital knowledge across the team with other disciplines whenever appropriate

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5 years of experience
  • Prior experience working in an Interactive Digital environment
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills which include maintaining positive client relationships
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
  • Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Arabic
