We're seeking a highly motivated Business Developer (Night Shift) with excellent English-speaking skills to help us expand our business and increase revenue. The Business Developer will be responsible for cold calling US clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and executing strategic plans to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and other metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business development strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English speaking skills.
- Strong cold-calling and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful business development initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
