Account Manager - Inside Sales – office based position [Greece]

We are looking for an individual who has experience or would like to develop in the area Account Manager - Inside Sales. In this position you are responsible for establishing and developing customer contacts with the help of digital tools. The purpose of the role is to achieve customer retention & revenue growth.

This position is office based in Greece, Athens.
You will be responsible for:
  • identify new business opportunities, by phone or online, within a group of already active assigned customers,
  • retain Key Accounts customers sales volumes through regular follow up on the phone
  • reactivate customers already acquired previously but not currently active
  • increase the “share of wallet” with existing customers by cross selling or up-selling
  • execute effective after-sales management of customers to increase customer loyalty
  • Support the acquisition of new customers
  • Support on special sales projects
  • Report Inside Sales activity in the company's Customer Relationship Management Tool "SalesForce"

Skills/Experience:
  • 1 year experience in inside sales or field sales roles
  • passion for achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • technical training or ability to learn some technical aspects of products/solutions to be able to successfully provide solid commercial support to customers
  • analytical mindset and problem solving attitude
  • Good knowledge of the most common IT tools
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
