Inbound Sales Reps are responsible for assisting existing and new customers with incoming sales opportunities. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Hours for this position will be from 1pm to 10am EST. Each representative will work four days during the week, and one day on the weekend.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
· Maintain relationships with existing customers
· Must be comfortable taking inbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regaining customers.
· Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service
· Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
· Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers
· General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
· Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems
· Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
· Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information
Characteristics of an ideal candidate:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Customer Service and Sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)
· Persuasive, not aggressive
· Proficient with technology applications; email, internet browsers, search engines and data management systems
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
· Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor)
· Proficient in multi-tasking
· Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy
· Empathetic, responsive, and patient
· Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage
· Team-oriented and customer-focused
· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in which change, and ambiguity are prevalent
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Work from home requirements:
· Quiet workspace free of background noise and distractions

· Laptop will be provided
